This short film shares some of the stories of The Pansy Project’s trip to New York in October 2019, 13 years after Paul Harfleet’s first visit with the project in 2006. This film is a visual essay on the queer history of New York and includes the story of Marsha P. Johnson, the influence of the Christopher Street Pier on the queer art scene in the latter part of the last century and includes plantings and paintings of pansies artist Paul Harfleet made in New York and in Brooklyn.
